Terms of Use

Effective date: November 7, 2026 · Application: Hermes Workspace / Edith

Private operation

Hermes Workspace is a personal automation operated by Fan Kai for the owner’s authorized Google account. It is not a public subscription product, does not accept public account registration, and does not grant website visitors access to any email account.

Permitted function

The application reviews authorized email, identifies important correspondence, prepares summaries for the owner and assists with drafting replies. Any outgoing email requires the owner’s explicit approval. The owner is responsible for reviewing recipients, content and factual accuracy before sending.

Limitations

AI summaries and drafts may be incomplete or incorrect. Scheduled checks can be delayed or interrupted by connectivity, device availability, revoked credentials or third-party service changes. The application does not guarantee that all urgent messages or deadlines will be detected and is not a substitute for directly monitoring critical correspondence.

Do not rely on generated content as legal, financial, medical or other professional advice. No guarantee of uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose is made.

Third-party services and privacy

Use depends on Google APIs, the configured AI inference provider, Telegram and local runtime software. Those services retain their own applicable terms and policies. Data handling is described in the Privacy Policy.

Stopping access

The owner can pause the automation or revoke Google authorization at any time. Revoking access does not itself erase reports already stored locally or in third-party message histories; see the Privacy Policy for deletion controls.
